NHAIR WARRANTY
NH Automotive warrants to the original purchaser that its NHAir Suspension Kits are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, when properly installed and used on approved cars and trucks in accordance with NH Automotive’s specifications and under normal operating conditions. This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined below.
This warranty does not cover products that have been improperly applied, installed, used, or maintained, or products that have not been installed or cared for in accordance with the instructions provided. The warranty is void and will not apply if damage or failure results from accident, abuse, misuse (including, but not limited to, racing, off-road use, or commercial use), abnormal use, improper installation, exposure to liquids, fire, earthquakes, or other external causes. It also does not apply if the product has been operated outside of the manufacturer’s specifications or guidelines, or if it has been serviced, modified, altered, maintained, or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer from its original purchased condition.
This warranty further excludes coverage for universal or fabricator kits, consumable components such as batteries, cosmetic damage including scratches or dents, damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear or the natural aging of the product, or any product from which the serial number or identification markings have been removed or altered. The manufacturer reserves the right to change or improve product designs at any time without obligation to update or modify products previously manufactured.
If a defect in workmanship or materials causes your NHAir product to become inoperable within the warranty period, before returning any defective product, please contact NH Automotive via email or WhatsApp. The customer shall be responsible for removing (labour charges) the claimed defective product from the vehicle and returning it, shipping costs prepaid, to NH Automotive. (You will be provided an address once you have made contact. You must prove to the satisfaction of NH Automotive the date of original purchase of your NHAir product. You must pack the product to minimise the risk of it being damaged in transit. If we receive a product in damaged condition as a result of shipping, we will notify you, and you must seek a claim with the shipper.
If you submit a claim to NH Automotive during the warranty period, and NH Automotive determines that the product is defective, NH Automotive will, at its option, repair your NH Automotive product or furnish you with a new or rebuilt product. NH Automotive will not reimburse you for repairs or replacement parts provided by other parties. Your repaired or replacement NH Automotive product will be returned to you (subject to payment of the required warranty claim shipping and handling charge), and it will be covered under the warranty for the balance of the warranty period, if any. When a product or part is replaced, any replacement item becomes your property, and the replaced item becomes property of NH Automotive. You are responsible for the installation/reinstallation (labour charges) of the product.
