Terms and Conditions – Air Ride Suspension fitting

Important Notice: These terms and conditions apply strictly to fitment and workshop services related to air ride suspension systems.
They are separate from the terms governing ordering, supply, and delivery of the air ride kits.

1. Booking & Scheduling

All fitment appointments must be booked in advance.
We do our best to accommodate scheduling requests, but fitment dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances including parts delays, workshop capacity, or technical issues.

2. No Car Show/Event Deadline Commitments

We do not work to customer deadlines tied to shows, events, magazine features, or third-party obligations.
While we understand these dates are important to our customers, we cannot and will not guarantee completion based on them.
Any delays, rescheduling, or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to a discount, refund, or compensation under any circumstances.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The vehicle must arrive at our premises clean, accessible, and in a suitable condition for the work booked.
Any additional work or issues discovered during the fitment process (e.g., rust, damage, worn components) will be discussed with the customer and may incur additional costs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy upon drop-off.

4. Delays & Additional Work

Any delays due to missing parts, unexpected complications, or late customer drop-off may result in rescheduling.
We will communicate any delays as soon as they arise, but again, this does not warrant compensation or discounts.

6. Post-Fitment Issues or Concerns

Any issues, concerns, or faults arising after fitment must be reported directly to NHA. The vehicle must be returned to NHA for inspection and any necessary work.

Important:
If the customer fails to return the vehicle to NHAutomotive for inspection, or chooses to have the issue inspected, diagnosed, or altered by a third-party garage without our prior written agreement, all warranty rights, refund claims, and eligibility for free rework are immediately void.

This policy ensures NHAutomotive has a fair opportunity to assess and resolve any concerns under controlled conditions and protects against interference or misdiagnosis by third parties.

 7. Collection & Storage

  • Vehicles must be collected within 3 working days of work completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • After this time, a daily storage fee of £10 per day may be charged.
  • Vehicles will not be released until the final balance is settled in full.

By signing below or confirming your fitment appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined for the fitment of your air ride suspension system. This includes understanding that fitment dates are not guaranteed, that we do not work toward car show or event deadlines, and that any post-fitment concerns must be addressed by returning the vehicle exclusively to NHAutomotive. You also understand that delays, additional work, or rescheduling may occur and that these do not entitle you to a discount or refund.

Terms and Conditions – Made-to-Order NHA Air Ride Suspension

Important Notice: These terms and conditions apply strictly to the ordering, supply, and delivery of air ride suspension kits. They do not cover fitment, installation, or workshop services, which are handled separately under different terms.

1. Product Overview

All air ride suspension kits sold are made-to-order, built to meet customer demand. These are custom products and not off-the-shelf items. As such, we will only confirm your order with the supplier after the terms outlined below are met.

 2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK consumer rights, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of placing the order.

During this period, you may request a full refund and cancel your order for any reason.
However, as this is a made-to-order product, we will not confirm the order with the supplier in order to begin production of your kit until the 14-day period has passed, unless you choose to waive this right.
If you wish to waive the 14-day cooling-off period and have us confirm the order with the supplier immediately, you must explicitly confirm this in writing (e.g., via email). This waiver is non-reversible once acknowledged.

3. Order Confirmation & Production Start

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.

If you do not waive the cooling-off period, we will confirm the order with the supplier on day 15 after your order is placed.
If you waive the cooling-off period, we will confirm the order with the supplier after receiving your written waiver and cleared payment.
Once the order is confirmed with the supplier, it becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

4. Lead Time & Delivery

Lead times for production are typically 4–8 weeks, subject to availability of components and shipping conditions.

Products are shipped from China and delivered to the UK.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, international logistics, and third-party courier services.
Any delays in shipment do not, under any circumstances, warrant a discount, partial refund, or cancellation. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal. Orders will not be confirmed with the supplier until payment is received and the 14-day cooling-off period has either lapsed or been waived.

6. Warranty

All products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

This does not cover wear and tear, damage from incorrect installation (if not installed by NH Automotive), third-party components, or modifications.
Installation must be performed by a qualified professional.

 

7. Installation & Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

The system is installed correctly.
The vehicle remains road legal under UK law.
The system complies with insurance, MOT.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper installation or non-compliance with local vehicle laws.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for vehicle operation and compliance.
